Recruitment

The Company has been steadily growing for the past few years and we intend to continue this pattern of growth in the future.  Our careers and training policy blends staff retention with promotion and recruitment, with the intention of matching the aspirations of individuals with those of the Company, as both change and develop over time.  Candidates are assessed for three main attributes, in order of importance:

  • Attitude – how they will fit in with the culture of the Company, and help it to face the challenges of the future. 
  • Ability to learn – their willingness to learn the new skills which are constantly required to enable the company to progress in a changing market.
  • Experience – how their experience from the past will be applicable to situations in the present and future.

Training

We recognise that the training and development of our staff is a major priority and have set this out in our training policy. The aims of training are to ensure that all employees are given the necessary help to develop the knowledge, skills and attitude that they require to carry out their jobs efficiently, and to provide every opportunity for career development. Our training satisfies identified organisational and industry requirements fulfilling the needs of each individual.
