At Geotechncial Engineering Limited we can accommodate your ground investigation needs in this specialist sector.  Each of our operational teams has a number of qualified staff including:  

• EUSR (Shea-gas) trained staff - site supervising engineers, NVQ Level 2 qualified lead drillers and operational staff;
• Service avoidance including HSG 47 - supervisory engineers and lead drillers.

We can undertake ground investigations for geotechnical or geoenvironmental assessment on pipeline projects, tunnels and infrastructure. Investigations may comprise simple hand dug excavations, vacuum excavation, through machine excavated trail pits, cable percussive boreholes (subcontracted), dynamic sampling (hand held, Terrier or Pioneer), rotary drilling to static cone penetrometer testing (subcontracted).  A team of dedicated staff provide continuity though developing proposals, pricing tenders, undertaking fieldwork and submitting reports.  If you require geoenvironmental desk studies, factual or interpretative reports, they can all be provided by our teams.
