Investigation of Slopes
We pride ourselves in our ability to innovate and provide you with the great service required to complete any demanding site investigation. Our range of drilling capabilities allow us to operate on flat ground as well as on slopes and very soft ground.
Our aim was to add value to your slope projects when we designed the first of our slope climbing rigs, the P45, which was modelled on a standard tracked 'windlowless' sampling rig and capable of drilling soils to around 12m depth. Following the success of this rig, we designed our award winning P60 slope climbing rig. Modelled on our Pioneer rig, the P60 is capable of dynamic sampling through soil before switching to coring methods upon encountering rock.
More recently, we have been working with our state of the art P45K rig, designed for use in the electrokinetic stabilisation of slopes.
