Soil & Rock Testing
Our in-house UKAS accredited laboratory offers an extensive range of geotechnical testing for both soils and rocks and our dedicated and highly trained laboratory team prides itself on delivering unrivalled service.
We are able to provide simple moisture content and classification testing through to effective stress and ring shear testing in accordance with BS1377. We also offer a range of tests on rock in accordance with ISRM Standards.
Sample collection is available using our in-house sample pick-up service which is offered free of charge.
Standard turnaround times are normally within 10 days, however a premium 'fast track' testing service is also offered subject to work commitments at the time.
Test results can be presented in various formats including PDF and AGS and once your report has been issued an extended sample storage facility is also available if required.
In addition to or our standard laboratory services we also carry out bespoke geotechnical testing or contamination testing, often though our trusted subcontract laboratories.
