Site Monitoring and In-situ Testing

We have considerable in-house expertise and experience in undertaking long-term monitoring of Inclinometer and Piezometer installations (both standpipe and Vibrating Wire), on a wide variety of sites from single installations to multi-instrument arrays, with a dedicated team of three staff who are all Network Rail IWA (Individual Working Alone) qualified. The Section also undertakes gas and water monitoring and In-situ testing for Engineering and Construction sites, with a range of equipment from CBR determination to Plate Load Testing.

For Inclinometer monitoring, we utilise modern, fully calibrated equipment, and can offer the following:

 

  • 1 no. RST Instruments 'slim torpedo' Digital Inclinometer with 100m cable and PDA/Bluetooth data capture
  • 3 no. Geotechnical Instruments Digital Inclinometers (2 x 15m cable reels, 1 x 30m cable reel) with PDA/Bluetooth Data capture
  • Geotechnical Instruments 'InSite' Inclinometer analysis software
  • Bespoke Monitoring regimes with email result sending in PDF format
