Site Monitoring and In-situ Testing
The Engineering Division has a specialist, highly equipped monitoring section with considerable experience in all aspects of ground monitoring and in-situ testing. The team are all Network Rail IWA (Individual Working Alone) qualified, CSCS registered and are highly trained and professional in all the services they provide, which include:
Inclinometer Monitoring
Piezometer Monitoring
Standpipe Monitoring
Vibrating Wire Piezometer Monitoring
Pneumatic Piezometer Monitoring
CBR Testing
Plate Bearing Testing
Gas and vapor Monitoring
Sand Replacement Testing
DCP Testing
Ground Loop Pressure Testing
Our in-situ CBR testing is carried out from the front of our Landrover Defenders, making site access and testing quick and efficient. All samples are sent to our in house lab for moisture testing.
Our ground loop pressure testing equipment provides proof of GSHP vertical loop integrity after installation.
Our inclinometer monitoring utilises modern, fully calibrated equipment suitable for installations up to 100m in depth. The results are produced using new In-Site software plotting incremental and cumulative displacements.
Our plate bearing test equipment incorporates electrical potentiometers and vibrating wire technology, providing highly accurate, efficient and quickly interpreted results.
