Neil is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Specialist in Land Condition (SiLC) with twenty years experience working for consultants and contractors in the UK and overseas.  He has worked on many civil, structural and geotechnical aspects of engineering projects. Neil has particular expertise in the investigation and assessment of contaminated land, contract preparation and site supervision for major demolition and land remediation schemes. He has experience of liaison with clients, local residents, pressure groups and the media on sensitive contaminated land issues and is a member of the Association of Geotechnical Specialists Contaminated Land Group.   

He is the Director responsible for technical matters, contracts and training within Geotechnical Engineering, and is head of our Geoenvironmental Division.
